The structural framing for your project is designed and manufactured into large panellized sections, each with pre-punched holes, exact window and door openings, built-in structural supports, and various sheathing systems, on a state of the art Genesis C4™ production line.

It has been established and licensed to produce the Genesis system of panellized steel framing building components in both United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Khalifa AL Fahad Contracting Company is an Emirates building Construction Company and has been active in residential, commercial and industrial construction plus properties development since 1980. We have three branches located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Ajman.

The production facility is located within Abu Dhabi Industrial Area ICAD-1 and equipped with most advanced technology and software to produce high precise panels for walls, floors and roofing up to 6 story building.
We are approved by Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineering section. And Jabel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) Engineering Section .Our engineering team will provide for any project all structural details and permit drawings according to the specification, standards and client requirements.
